I'm a 49 year old single guy. I live in Columbia, Missouri, and work
at the University of Missouri for
CARES, a center
which emphasizes the utilization of Geographic Information Systems
(GIS) in research, as the Systems Administrator. In addition to playing with PCs, servers, maintaining databases, creating maps and
GIS map
layers, I maintain a few of the many CARES web
sites (we host about 40 independent sites). Yep, I'm a proud computer geek!
The picture above is me in Montego Bay, Jamaica. I was having a great time, really! I'm a
convert to the glorious
hedonism of cruise ships! Give me a week on the Celebrity
ship Century any day.
I drive a 1993 Chevy Caprice
Classic. Only a big car can satisfy a big guy like me! Lately, I
picked up an old Ford E-250 Econoline super-cargo van to haul SCA stuff around.
I graduated from Hickman High School
in 1977 and the University of Missouri in 1991 with a degree in Geography.

My other interests are the
Society for Creative Anachronism (I belong to the
Shire of Amlesmore and maintain our website) Dungeons & Dragons
(my campaigns), making mead,
cigar
smoking, and photos of
me and my friends.
